<p>A folding apparatus comprises more than two folding bodies (1), at least one connecting body (2), and more than two connecting shafts (3). Two ends of the connecting body (2) are hinged to the folding bodies (1). Multiple folding apparatuses are connected through the connecting shafts (3). Two ends of the connecting body (2) are hinged to the folding bodies (1), respectively. The multiple folding bodies (1) and the multiple connecting bodies (2) may be alternately and repeatedly hinged; meanwhile, multiple folding apparatuses may be connected to each other through the connecting shafts (3). When the folding bodies (1) and the connecting body (2) extend to be in a straight-line state, a mutual bending force between the connecting body (2) and the folding bodies (1) is turned into a supporting force of the folding apparatus to support a weight. When the folding apparatus is coiled and folded, an occupation space may be reduced to a great extent. The folding apparatus may not only be coiled and folded to reduce an occupation space and facilitate carrying, but also can be extended for use and turn into tools in various forms, such as a ladder, a working platform, a bridge or a bridging beam used when a road breaks.</p> |
