PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor system for determining concentration of an analyte in a sample that includes reaction menas for performing a selective execution of redox reaction of the analyte, and measurement means for measuring a rate of the redox reaction of the analyte.SOLUTION: Reaction means includes a binder, a buffer salt, a mediator including inorganic non-transitional metal salt of maximum 20% (w/w), and an enzyme system. Measurement means includes at least two conductors. The measurement means measures an output signal value from the reaction means, in which the output signal is responsive to concentration of an analyte in a sample in a maximum kinetic performance within maximum 7 seconds since the sample is introduced to the reaction means, and the measurement means determines at least one &Dgr;S value responsive to at least one error parameter. The measurement means further determines the analyte concentration in the sample from a correction expression including at least one reference correlation, at least one &Dgr;S value, and a Rvalue of 0.5 at minimum. |
