The present invention relates to an automatic layer forming device, which is characterized by comprising a storage tank accommodating an adhesive therein and connected to a high pressure pump; a heating means installed at the inside or outside of the storage tank and connected to a heating temperature control unit to control the temperature; a spray device connected to the high pressure pump with a connection hose, and having a spray nozzle with a spray hole so as to eject an adhesive supplied from the storage tank downward; an upper fixation plate having the spray nozzle of the spray device penetrated downward to be fixated; an upper mold mounted on the lower surface of the upper fixation plate to be attached/detached, and having a nozzle insertion hole so as to insert the spray nozzle thereto on the upper surface, and an adhesive layer forming part on the lower surface so as to have an injection hole to correspond to the spray hole of the spray nozzle within the inner side dented upward; a lower fixation plate installed under the upper fixation plate and connected to the upper fixation plate with a guide bar; a lifting device installed in a base part under the lower fixation plate and connected to the lower fixation plate on the end of a lifting rod ascending/descending from a cylinder; and a lower mold mounted on the upper surface of the lower fixation plate to be attached/detached and having a mounting unit dented downward on the upper surface. The present invention can uniformly and precisely form an adhesive layer on a molded product through a forming device, and can effectively form an adhesive layer on various molded products by replacing the upper and lower molds according to the shape of a formed product. |
