<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both reduction of influence due to body motion and suppression of decrease in resolution to the periodic direction of a moire fringe.SOLUTION: An X-ray imaging apparatus includes: a first grating which generates a G1 image by allowing an X-ray emitted from an X-ray source to pass therethrough; a second grating which is arranged so as to be relatively inclined in the grating in-plane direction with respect to the first grating and generates a G2 image with a moire fringe by partially shielding the G1 image; an X-ray image detector which detects the G2 image to generate image data; a scanning mechanism which moves the second grating in parallel with an x direction and changes the position of the second grating to a first scanning position and a second scanning position; and a phase differential image generation part which divides a plurality of pixel parts into a plurality of groups so that two pixel parts arranged side by side in a periodic direction (y direction) of the moire fringe are made into one group, constitutes an intensity modulation signal with the pixel values of the pixel parts in each group obtained at the first and second scanning positions, and generates a phase differential image by calculating a phase deviation amount of the intensity modulation signal.</p> |
