A portable vacuum adsorption device according to the present invention includes: a supporter (10) which has a fixing plate (16) disposed at one side of a lower part and a through hole (12) formed in an upper part; a rotary shaft (20) which has an air flow pipe (22) formed therein and is inserted into the through hole (12) of the supporter (10); a housing (30) which has a plurality of first holes (34) formed at one side of the upper face and a second hole (38) formed in one side and is fixed and connected to one side of the rotary shaft (20); an adjusting handle (40) connected to the other side (26) of the rotary shaft (20); an on-off valve (110) which has a first connector (112) and a second connector (116) and is mounted at the other side of the housing (30); an exhaust valve (120) located inside the housing (30); a plurality of vacuum adsorbers (130) each of which has an adsorption cup (132) disposed at an upper part and an air discharge pipe (136) disposed at a lower part and is mounted at the housing (30); a first tube (140) whose one end is connected with the rotary shaft (20) and the other end is extended to be connected with the on-off valve (110); a second tube (150) whose one end is connected with the on-off valve (110) and the other end is extended to be connected with the exhaust valve (120); and a plurality of third tubes (160) whose one end is connected with each vacuum adsorber (130) and the other end is extended to be connected with the exhaust valve (120).
