The present invention relates to a video processing device and a video processing method of the same. The video processing device according to the present invention comprises: a storage unit to store information about the motion of an object; a video processing unit to perform video processing for the motion of the object; and a control unit to receive a flash file, extract the information about the motion of the object, store the information about the motion of the object in the storage unit, extract information about the object and animation information from the information about the motion stored in the storage unit, separate layer information about the object from the information about the motion, convert the layer information about the object into a binary file, and control the video processing unit to display a video of a format recognizable in an operating system, thereby realizing a high quality animation in the mobile operating system using the flash file of small capacity, recycling the pre-manufactured flash file, and increasing productivity by separating coding work and animation work. |
