An intracerebral drug injecting device according to the present invention comprises: a chamber (103) having an open surface, a concave internal space (135), and a projection (138) formed on the bottom surface (131a) thereof; a catheter (140) which is a member having a thin and long tube shape and has a distal end (142) inserted in the projection (138) of the chamber (130); a catheter fixing cap (150) coupled with the projection (138) of the chamber (130) to fix the distal end (142) of the catheter (140) to the projection (138) of the chamber (130); a blocking disc (170) inserted in the internal space (135) of the chamber (130) to block the open surface of the chamber (130); and a top cap (160) inserted in the internal space (135) of the chamber (130) and disposed at the top of the blocking disc (170). The intracerebral drug injecting device can be used in administrating stem cell or cerebropathy treating drugs to the overall cerebral part.
