Provided in the present invention are an organic semiconductor compound and an organic semiconductor device applying the same, and the organic semiconductor compound changes an asymmetric substituent to effectively control such as electrical properties, solubility, and morphology of thin film of the compound to provide high performance of the organic semiconductor device.
