PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature regulator that can be rapidly and easily attached while it can bear a heavy mechanical load.SOLUTION: A temperature regulator 10 includes at least one heat distribution device that covers at least a part of a surface to undergo temperature regulation. The heat distribution device is made of a multilayer including aluminium foil or a metal such as an aluminum plate. The one heat distribution device is arranged on each of the upside and downside of an electrothermal resistor. The heat distribution devices are partially made of a transcalent material, with a thickness of 0.01-0.5 mm. |
