A data collection apparatus is provided. The data collection apparatus includes: a local data storage unit; a data collecting unit which collects data; and a control unit which stores the data received from the data collecting unit in the local data storage unit, transmits the stored data to a history server when the capacity of the stored data exceeds a set value, and deletes corresponding data from the local data storage unit when the success of data transmission is confirmed from the history server. |
