<p>The present invention discloses a connector protection device of a burn-in board. The present invention forms a protection member capable of moving a slide to protect a connector of the burn-in board. When the connector of the burn-in board is mounted and stored without a test motion or when the burn-in board is moved for a burn-in test, the slid protection member prevents an impact by the crash with the around object from being added to the connector. When the connector of the burn-in board is connected to a connector of a system board for a test motion, the connection is easily executed through the return slide movement of the protection member. Therefore, a quality satisfaction level of the burn-in board for a burn-in test of a semiconductor chip is improved.</p> |
