<p>The present invention relates to wire bonding. Provided is a heavy wire bonding method including a bonding preparing step of placing a first connection member and a second connection member closely to prepare for bonding, a first connection member bonding step of connecting a metal wire protruding from a pressing part to a first connection part while the pressing part formed in a connecting device moving in an upper part of the first and second connection members presses the first connection part formed in the first connection member, a second connection member bonding preparing step of making the metal wire continuously discharged from the pressing part and making the connecting device move to press a second connection part formed in the second connection member, and a second connection member bonding step of connecting the second connection part to the metal wire while the pressing part presses the second connection part. The metal wire is separated from the first or second connection part by a breaking load which is equal to or greater than 1 gf. Integration is easily performed because the connection part and the metal wire are bonded to each other by ultrasonic waves.</p> |
