PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly manage electric power by group and time zone.SOLUTION: A management server includes: an information analysis unit 63 which is connected to a plurality of POS terminals 11, and collects operation states of the POS terminals 11 in a group in a predetermined period by group of the pos terminals 11 and time zone; an active machine calculation unit 66 which calculates the number of active POS terminals 11 of each group in each time zone, on the basis of a result obtained by the information analysis unit 63; and an operation control unit 67 which controls operation states of the POS terminals 11 so as to be equal to the number of active terminals calculated by the active machine calculation unit 66 in each of the groups. |
