摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force distribution control device for a vehicle which performs processing for rapidly detecting abnormality in a mechanism or the like interposed between a motor and a wheel, and suppressing further functional deterioration which may occur in the other mechanism, regarding the abnormality. SOLUTION: The driving force distribution control device for the vehicle has a differential mechanism 14 which transmits a driving force of a driving source to a first driving shaft 12L and a second driving shaft 12R while allowing a differential therebetween, a motor 32, a drive circuit 33 which supplies a drive current to the motor 32, a differential rotation control mechanism which controls the differential rotation of the first and second driving shafts 12L, 12R by the motor 32, differential rotation detection means 9Ls, 9Rs which detect the differential rotation of the first and second driving shafts 12L, 12R, an abnormality detection means which detects the abnormality of the differential mechanism 14, the drive circuit 33 or the differential rotation control mechanism based on the differential rotation of the first and second driving shafts 12L, 12R or the drive current of the motor 32, and an abnormality processing means which performs predetermined abnormality processing when the abnormality detection means detects the abnormality.
