<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioning duct which is excellent in lightweight property, heat insulation property, rigidity, shock resistance, and durability to changes in the temperature and the humidity, and in which the apparent density of a flange part is formed to be higher than that of an erected wall and a single-side wall, and the adhesiveness to an inner wall surface of a vehicle component is improved, and a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular air-conditioning duct 1 has a duct component 4 which is adhered to an inner wall surface of a vehicle component 2 to form a ventilation flow passage 3. The duct component 4 has a half-shell shape consisting of erected walls 5, 5 and a single-side wall. A flange part 7 to be adhered to the inner wall surface of the vehicle component 2 is formed on a terminal of the erected wall 5 along the longitudinal direction. The duct component 4 is formed of a thermoplastic resin in a foam state by setting the apparent density of the flange part 7 to be higher than that of the erected wall 5 and the single-side wall 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
