PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair structure of a pipe end welding part and a repair method of pipe end welding part preventing both of leakages of liquid flowing in a shell to the tube sheet outside and into heat transfer tubes. SOLUTION: The repair structure of a pipe end welding part has a cylindrical shell for fluidizing a liquid, the tube sheets 3 provided at openings of the shell, and heat transfer tubes 4 disposed in the shell and inserted into through-holes of the tube sheets 3, the heat transfer tubes 4 being fixed to the tube sheets 3 at the tube ends with a sealing material 11. A cap member 20 is formed of a tubular part 21 and a collar part 22 provided at one end thereof and externally protruded, and the tubular part 21 is inserted into the heat transfer tube 4, the collar part 22 is disposed covering the sealing material 11, and liquid-tightly welded to the tube sheet 3, and the tubular part 21 is liquid-tightly welded to the heat transfer tube 4.
