<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reduced voltage reset circuit and a power supply device that can more reliably implement stable reduced voltage monitoring. <P>SOLUTION: A reduced voltage reset circuit 15 includes: a first N-channel transistor 153 having a drain connected to a reset signal output terminal T5; a second N-channel transistor 154 having a drain connected to the reset signal output terminal T5; a first monitoring section 151 operating on a voltage V1 to be monitored so as to switch on the first transistor 153 when the monitored voltage V1 falls below a first threshold voltage; and a second monitoring section 152 operating on a driving voltage V0 different from the monitored voltage V1 so as to switch on the second transistor 154 when the monitored voltage V1 falls below a second threshold voltage lower than the first threshold voltage and higher than a lower limit operating voltage of the first monitoring section 151. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
