PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shatterproof film which is excellent in detection sensitivity when combined with a touch panel or the like as well as in appearance, and an image display panel.SOLUTION: A shatterproof film 10 and an image display panel 1 include a shatterproof film substrate 13, a design layer 15 having a design and formed on a face of the shatterproof film substrate 13, vapor deposition layers 16, 17 formed on a face of the design layer 15, ink 18 applied on the faces of the vapor deposition layers 16, 17, and a UV flat layer 19 which is contained in a window section 20 formed in the vapor deposition layers 16, 17 and the ink 18 by being dropped in the window section 20. The ink 18 includes isophorone (CHO), and the lower limit value of the content of isophorone is at least 0.2 g based on 1 kg of the ink. |
