PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of improving heat exchange performance while improving brazability between components.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger comprises: a core part 3 configured so that a plurality of tubes 1 in which a cooling fluid circulates and outside of which intake air circulates are laminated; a tank part 4 merging together or distributing the cooling fluid flowing in the plurality of tubes 1; and an intake-air flow path formation member 5 arranged to cover the core part 3 and forming an intake-air flow path through which the absorbed air circulates. The intake-air flow path formation member 5 is configured by joining a combination of first and second plates 51 and 52. Each of the first and second plates 51 and 52 includes a bottom surface 5a generally orthogonal to a flow direction of the intake air in the intake-air flow path. An opening portion 5c is formed in the bottom surface 5a through which the intake air can flow out and flow in, an intake air duct 6 through which the intake air circulates is connected to the opening portion 5c, and the opening portion 5c is located in a region other than a junction part 500 between the first plate 51 and the second plate 52. |
