PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact absorption sheet which has an excellent shock absorption performance even when its thickness is made thin and, especially, which can make absorption performance thereof satisfactory against relatively large impact force.SOLUTION: An impact absorption sheet 15 is obtained by foaming a resin and comprises a foamed body having cells which are isolated cells. The sheet has a thickness of 0.02 to 1.0 mm, and ellipticity of the cells represented by a ratio of a cell diameter in a TD direction to the cell diameter in a ZD direction is 0.5 to 1.9. The sheet, despite thin thickness thereof, has excellent impact absorbing performance against relatively large impact force. An expansion ratio of the sheet is 1.1 to 20 cm/g. |
