PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker that can change intensity of heating at a central part and an outer circumference part of a heating object, and particularly to provide the heating cooker that can weaken heating at the central part when reducing heat, and alternatively, can maintain heating of a mesh at the outer circumference part.SOLUTION: A box 4 is disposed, and the box 4 is mounted with a cooking part 5 constituted such that a center is a pot mounting part 5a and the periphery of the pot mounting part is a mesh 5b. A hot plate 15 is disposed at the lower part of the cooking part 5. A burner 17 is disposed at the lower part of the hot plate 15. The burner includes: a double cylindrical part 18 constituted of an inner cylindrical part 18a and an outer cylindrical part 18b; and a supply pipe 20 in communication with a space formed between the cylindrical part 18a and the outer cylindrical part 18b, and having an inflow port of a primary air. Then, the inside of the inner cylindrical part of the burner 17 forms a flow path of the secondary air, and the primary air and the secondary air are supplied by air-feeding means 27. |
