PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic system which advises each individual belonging to a group as to activities for improving the state of the group or the individuals.SOLUTION: Awareness calculation means 8 calculates the level of awareness of first awareness and second awareness of an employee on the basis of questionnaire answers CF1 to CLn received by questionnaire answer reception means 6 and their corresponding questionnaire items F, J, K, L, Ln being related to either the first awareness or the second awareness. Group state assessment means assesses the state of the group on the basis of a distribution state shown by plots of the first and second awareness levels of all employees on a plane with the first awareness level as a first axis and the second awareness level as a second axis. Individual state assessment means assesses the state of each employee on the basis of the position on the plane. Corrective action advice determination means determines the corrective action advice for each employee on the basis of the state of the group and of each employee by way of the group state assessment means and the individual state assessment means. |
