摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A nanocomposite is provided to have excellent surface Plasmon effect and electron mobility by including optimum content of TiO2, metal nanoparticle, and carbon nanostructure. CONSTITUTION: A nanocomposite comprises a TiO2 nanoparticle or microparticle, TiO2 precursor or a particle thereof, and a mixture thereof; carbon nanostructure; and a metal nanoparticle. The metal nanoparticle is selected from Au, Ag, Cu, Ni, Zn, Pt, and Pd. The size of the metal nanoparticle is 0.1-100nm. The shape of the metal nanoparticle is selected from an isomeric particle, a thin elongated particle, and a platelet particle. The content of the carbon nanostructure is 0.1-5 weight%. The content of the metal nanoparticle is 0.1-10 weight%.
