<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a biocellulose membrane.SOLUTION: The production method of a biocellulose membrane comprises the steps of: preparing a bacterial cellulose produced by fermentation-culture of a microbe capable of producing a bacterial cellulose; leaving the bacterial cellulose for 25 minutes to 75 minutes in a closed space containing water and being kept at a temperature of 100°C to 140°C and a pressure of 1.2 kg/cmto 1.5 kg/cmto obtain a swelled bacterial cellulose; and washing the swelled bacterial cellulose with an acidic solution and water in that order until it is neutral to obtain a biocellulose membrane. By the production method of the present invention, not only the time of the production process is shortened but also the bacterial cellulose is swelled so that the area of the bacterial cellulose is increased, resulting in reduced production cost.</p> |
