PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for prevention or treatment of hangover containing bay leaf extract, a food composition, and a method for production of the composition.SOLUTION: Provided are foods, medicines or health functional foods which contain an extract extracted from bay leaves with alcohol or the like, have significantly excellent blood alcohol concentration and acetaldehyde concentration reduction efficacies, which are behaviorally confirmed, and can be effectively used for prevention and treatment of hangover. Provided is a composition for prevention or treatment of hangover further containing Opuntia maxima extract and Rosa roxburghii extract. |
