PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent, when access points are attached to an illumination device, concentration of access to a specific access point.SOLUTION: An illumination device 10 includes a light source 110, a connection part 120, and an illumination side control part 130. The connection part 120 communicates wirelessly with a communication terminal 20 and connects the communication terminal 20 to a communication network 30. The illumination side control part 130 controls the light source 110 on the basis of communication control information indicating decreasing a communication amount via the connection part 120. The communication terminal 20 communicates with the connection part 120 of the illumination device 10.
