<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster which can prevent falling and runaway of a support object. <P>SOLUTION: The caster 20 includes: a support 24 mounted rotatably around the axis of a support shaft 22 through the support shaft 22 extending vertically with respect to the support object; a pair of wheels supported by an axle 32 extending laterally at a position deviated from directly under the support shaft 22 with respect to the support 24 and rotatable around the axis of the axle 32 independently from each other; and a braking means 40 disengageably engaging with one of the wheels 34 while not engaging with the other wheel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
