<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ID assigning device, method and program, capable of classifying a plurality of personal websites for each on-line person as an administrator. <P>SOLUTION: An ID assigning device 1 comprises: a site management DB 22 for storing URLs of a plurality of personal websites and link information between the personal websites; an extracting section 13 for receiving one specification from the plurality of personal websites to extract the URLs of the personal websites satisfying a first condition in which an administrator at a link source and an administrator at a link destination are identical, by using the specified personal website as a starting point; and an assigning section 14 for assigning an OnID for discriminating a single administrator to the personal website having the single administrator and assigning an OnID for discriminating a group of a plurality of administrators to the personal website having the plurality of administrators, according to a second condition in which the personal website having an OnID of 1 includes a plurality of administrators at the other personal websites. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
