<p>The present invention provides a hot stamping method which is provided to heat a rod type material with a fixed cross section to a temperature greater than the phase transformation temperature (AC3), to use a mold to press the material, and to rapidly cool the material while pressing the material. the molding process is performed to the rod type material using upper and lower molds which are divided along the vertical direction and the pressing direction of the material, wherein the upper and lower molds have molding grooves with shapes corresponding to the cross section of the material, heights corresponding to the height of the material when the material is cold-rolled, and widths corresponding to the width of the material when the material is heated; and to rapidly cool the material while the material is inserted in the molds.</p> |
