The present invention relates to a disposable absorbent article containing oriental medicinal herbs and, more specifically, to a disposable absorbent article containing a mixture comprising 3-40 wt% of Angelica gigas root, 15-40 wt% of Angelica dahurica root, 10-35 wt% of Cnidium officinale MAKINO, 1-20 wt% of dried Artemisia herbs, 10-35 wt% of Scutellaria baicalensis. The composition has a natural and long-lasting scent so that a bad smell caused by secretions from the body is effectively inhibited and color visibility of the oriental medicinal herbs is improved, thereby providing strong credibility in the presence or absence of the oriental medicinal herbs and the function of the article.
