<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle for a high-temperature molten material that can properly protect a refractory body against a physical impact, prevent the refractory body from being damaged by heat expansion, reduce the heat removal amount via the refractory body, and reduce adhesion of precipitated oxide, as a nozzle for a high-temperature molten material, through which a high-temperature molten material passes.SOLUTION: The nozzle 10 for a high-temperature molten material includes: the cylindrical refractory body 1 having a flow passage 4 through which a high-temperature molten material passes from an upper side to a lower side; a heat insulation material 2 having a thickness equivalent to 1 to 8% of the external diameter of the refractory body 1 and covering the whole peripheral surface of the refractory body 1; and a metal case 3 for covering the whole peripheral surface of the heat insulation material 2.</p> |
