PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoat aluminum plate, an aluminum plate, and a heat sink for an on-vehicle LED lighting, which are excellent in smoothness on a surface of a processed part and in heat radiation.SOLUTION: A precoat aluminum plate 10 is used in a heat sink for an on-vehicle LED lighting, and includes an aluminum plate 20 and resin coating 3A. The aluminum plate 20 has the heat transfer coefficient of 150 W/m K or more. The crystal structure of the aluminum plate 20 is fiber-like. The resin coating 3A includes thermoset resin and black color pigment components. The resin coating 3A has the integral emissivity of 0.80 or more in 25°C in a range of wavelength of 3-30 μm in an infrared region. The aluminum plate 20 has the heat transfer coefficient of 150 W/m K or more and its crystal structure is fiber-like. A heat sink 1 for an on-vehicle LED lighting is made by formation with the precoat aluminum plate 10. |
