<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure diagnostic device for individual power generator, capable of achieving highly precise failure diagnosis and easy assurance of another individual power generator used as a reference in implementing failure diagnosis of an individual power generator that is a target of failure diagnosis. <P>SOLUTION: The failure diagnostic device for individual power generator implements failure diagnosis in view of a rank provided to another individual power generator serving as a reference in the failure diagnosis of an individual power generator that is a target of failure diagnosis.
