A method, a process and a device for controlling the moulding of a tyre (1), in relation to the approaching sequence of an expansible chamber (9) to the radially inner surface (13) of the tyre (1), by making at least one first plurality (15) of grooves on at least one portion of said chamber, in a radially inner position to said chamber (9), so as to decrease the elastic modulus of said at least one portion with respect to the elastic modulus of the remaining portions of said chamber and allow a differentiated deformation of the different portions of said chamber (9), in relation to the specific elastic modulus value, during the expansion of said expansible chamber (9) towards the radially inner surface (13) of the tyre (1) subjected to moulding and vulcanization. |
