摘要 <p>The present invention is to provide a monitoring device and a method for preventing occurrence of problems in control of industrial facility system by checking normal operation of mechanical motor by measuring noise, vibration, frequency and the like, which include: a step in which a monitoring server receives combined unique IDs of mechanical motors which correspond to the characteristic information of each motor of the mechanical motors measured through a motor sensor installed close to at least one mechanical motor which is installed in an industrial facility; a step of detecting corresponding characteristic information of the mechanical motor which is pre-stored in a storage unit based on the unique IDs of the mechanical motors included in the received characteristic information of the motor; a step of comparing and checking whether the received characteristic information of the motor and the characteristic information detected in the storage unit are matched; a step of setting the status of operation as normal if the checked range of matching is within a preset normal range and setting the status of operation as abnormal if the checked range of matching is out of the present normal range as a result of the matching; and a step of displaying the monitoring contents which include installed location of the detected motor, characteristic information of the motor, location (map) and warning message after detecting the corresponding motor using the unique ID of the mechanical motor if the status of operation is set as the abnormal operation.</p>
