<p>The present invention relates to a bite force measurement device and, more specifically, to a device for measuring bite force of teeth capable of accurately measuring dynamic bite force of teeth in real time using a strain gauge. In the present invention, a bite force measurement system includes: a bite force measurement device which is put into the mouth of an examinee to measure bite force; and a signal analysis unit which analyzes a bite force signal measured by the bite force measurement device. The bite force measurement device includes: a C-shaped frame which is placed at one end of the bite force measurement device; an in-mouth insertion unit which includes a strain gauge sensor which detects the bite force signal when inserted inside the mouth and is placed at both sides of the C-shaped frame; a signal transmission unit which is placed at the other end of the bite force measurement device, is connected to the C-shaped frame through a connection unit, and transmits the bite force signal detected by the in-mouth insertion unit to the signal analysis unit; and an electromyogram detection unit which includes an electromygram electrode, places the electromygram electrode onto both cheeks of the examinee, and detects an electromygram signal when the examinee bites.
