<p>The present invention relates to a cast-on strap mold for a battery, which has a coolant inlet in the longitudinal direction of the mold in the lower part inside a mold body and has a coolant outlet in the upper part. The objective of the present invention is to provide a circulating cooling structure of a cast-on strap mold for a battery. According to the circulating cooling structure, the coolant inlet and the coolant outlet are connected to each other by multiple coolant circulating pipes. The coolant circulating pipes are extended from the coolant inlet to the side in a horizontal or inclined direction and then are bent toward the inside in order to be connected to the coolant outlet positioned in the upper part of the coolant inlet. The circulating cooling structure has a large cooling surface area due to the coolant circulating pipes and prevents coolant from being stagnant or stored inside the coolant circulating pipes. Therefore, the structure improves product quality and reduces four seconds compared to a traditional mold with respect to a strap cooling stand-by cycle in order to maximize cooling effects, thereby significantly improving a battery production yield.</p> |
