The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly plasticizer, a resin composition, and a preparing method thereof. Provided are a plasticizer having improved properties such as light stability required to prescribe a compound when the plasticizer is used as a plasticizer for the resin composition or viscosity required to prescribe a sheet, a bleeding phenomenon, and gelling properties by ameliorating poor properties which are environmentally friendly but cannot be avoided due to structural limits; and the resin composition thereof.
