The present utility model represents a periodically operational installation for the production of solid biofuel by means of fertilization, i.e. by baking (roasting) the wood at temperatures of 220-240 degrees °C, whereby it not only dries up, but also the structure of the cellulose is broken down and the properties of the raw biomass are changed. The installation is designed to utilize the waste solid biomass from forestry and agriculture, wherein the produced biofuel can find an application for the heating of residential buildings, hotels, agricultural buildings, small industrial plants. The installation includes a fireplace (1), cornue (6), and a condenser (12), positioned at a distance from one another and connected in sequence by means of gas ducts. The lower end of the cornue (6) is connected with a condenser (12) through an outlet gas duct (11), through which the circulating from top to bottom through the raw biomass (8) smoke gases release their heat and carrying with them the generated during the process of fertilization steam-gas mixture, they enter into the condenser (12), in which it is divided and let out of the installation. 1 claim, 1 figure |
