<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a compact and low-profile onboard power supply device, having a structure capable of greatly simplifying a mounting process and securing high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: In the power supply device, a power supply circuit excluding a piezoelectric transformer is formed on a substrate. The piezoelectric transformer mounted on the substrate is conductively connected to the power supply circuit. The substrate includes: a transformer housing hole; and a holding member for bridging between the piezoelectric transformer and the substrate in the transformer housing hole.
