<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a switching power supply capable of limiting an overcurrent flowing through an inductor, and preventing a current from flowing back to a solar battery. <P>SOLUTION: A switching power supply prevents a current from flowing back to a solar battery B1, by inputting a signal PGATE to a P-channel MOS transistor SW2 for controlling a channel of a current IL1 from the moment that a current IL1 flowing in an inductor reaches a limiting current value, the signal PGATE being obtained by taking a logical sum of a PWM signal PWM2_B having a duty according to a difference between an input voltage and a predetermined first reference voltage, and a delay signal TD obtained by delaying the PWM signal PWM2_B by 9 periods of a clock signal CLK1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
