<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dissolving treatment device of a resin composite and a method for a dissolving treatment of a resin composite, capable of continuously subjecting the resin composite formed of at least a polyurethane resin and a polypropylene resin to the treatment with high efficiency at low cost by dissolving and separating the polyurethane resin and collecting the polypropylene resin. <P>SOLUTION: The dissolving treatment device 1 includes: an introducing means 2; dissolving baths 3a, 3b, and 3c; a collecting and discharging means 5; and a treatment liquid recycling means 6.
