PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent solid polymer electrolyte membrane capable of improving oxidation resistance and proton conductivity without occurrence of elution of an additive component, to provide a membrane/electrode assembly using the composition, and to provide a fuel cell.SOLUTION: There is provided a polymer electrolyte membrane obtained by mixing an aromatic hydrocarbon-based polymer electrolyte, a phosphorus-containing polymer compound and a metal element to disperse the phosphorus-containing polymer compound and the metal element in the membrane homogenously. |
