The device has a reservoir, vat, tube or container (R) made of sealed, rigid or semi-rigid material, filled with liquid. The reservoir includes respective opening or closing systems (1, 2) at top and bottom parts. The systems are successively opened and closed to create lower and upper liquid planes (A, B) to permit float products (6) to be raised to a surface the upper liquid plane. Impeller is driven by current to drive the float products toward the systems, so as to create low turbulence zone in downstream. An independent claim is also included for a method of installation and initiation of float products collecting and fish assisting device.
