PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of reducing road noise and improving durability.SOLUTION: There is provided a pneumatic tire in which at least one carcass layer 4 is installed between a pair of beads 3, 3, at least two belt layers 7 are disposed at the outer peripheral side of a carcass layer 4 in a tread 1, and an inner liner layer 9 is disposed on a tire inner face along the carcass layer 4. An adhesive rubber layer 10 is made to lie between the carcass layer 4 and the inner liner layer 9, and the fine carbon fibers are included in the adhesive rubber layer 10 in the area of an outermost belt layer 7B overlapping an edge BE. The tread center side boundary location P1 of the fine carbon fiber-containing area X in the adhesive rubber layer 10 is disposed at the across-the-width inside of the edge BE of the outermost belt layer 7B. Further, the bead side boundary location P2 of the above area X is disposed within the range of 10% maximum of the tire cross-section height H toward the tire radial inside and outside, respectively from a tire maximum width position Pmax. |
