PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polishing cloth for industrial use or home use which is sanitary, whose production speed is high, whose lifetime is long and whose cost is low.SOLUTION: In a method for producing a polishing cloth, the polishing cloth is produced by that: a polishing composite material is formed by agitating and mixing a solvent, resin and an abrasive; polishing streaks are laid to be reciprocated irregularly in a specified container before solidification after the filaceous polishing streaks are continuously extruded by an extruder; the polishing cloth having a proper thickness is formed; further, the polishing cloth having the proper thickness is pressed and flattened until the thickness of the polishing cloth becomes a needed thickness by a pressing and flattening device; and then the polishing cloth is cut according to the size of a needed area. |
