The purpose of the present invention is to provide an electrospinning device for manufacturing nanofibers including a temperature control device which can manufacture the nanofibers with various thicknesses by installing the temperature control device on each pipe connected to a nozzle, thereby controlling temperature so as to control the viscosity of a polymer solution being discharged from the nozzle. The electrospinning device for manufacturing the nanofibers according to the present invention comprises: a collector for collecting the nanofibers; a nozzle block installed at a position opposite to the collector and having a plurality of nozzles arranged two-dimensionally to discharge one polymer solution; a power source device for applying high voltage to spaces between the collector and the nozzles; and a long sheet conveyed in the returning direction in between the collector and the nozzles. The nozzle block includes a plurality of pipes. The pipes are connected to the nozzles as the temperature control device is installed on each of the pipes. The present invention enables the polymer solution to be discharged simultaneously from the nozzles into the nanofibers with various thicknesses during electrospinning by installing the temperature control device on each of the pipes of the nozzle block, and thereby controlling the viscosity of the polymer solution so as to manufacture the nanofibers with various thicknesses. Therefore, the present invention can manufacture the nanofibers with various thicknesses simultaneously. |
