PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for enhancing a small cell in a radio communication system.SOLUTION: A method for enhancing a small cell in a radio communication system includes the steps of: having a user terminal (UE) connected with a macro-development type Node B (eNB); and configuring the UE to establish a first small cell belonging to a small cell eNB different from the macro eNB by a radio resource control (RRC) message.
