<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motor preventing the increase of the use amount of a magnet even if the total length of the linear motor is long, and decreasing the size and weight of a movable element.SOLUTION: In a linear motor, on each of surfaces opposite to each other of two platy portions, a plurality of teeth portions 21a and 22a is arranged in parallel in a moving direction so as to form a zigzag shape by the teeth portions 21a(22a) of one platy portion 21(22) and the teeth portions 22a(21a) of the other platy portion 22(21). In a coil 1a of a movable element 1, two magnets 1c and 1d each formed in a platy shape and three yokes 1b are alternately aligned in the moving direction in a vertical posture. The two magnets 1c and 1d are magnetized in the moving direction, and the magnetizing directions are opposite to each other.</p> |
