PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell monitoring device capable of quantizing and measuring a diffusion property which changes depending on flooding inside a fuel cell.SOLUTION: Gas diffusion resistance Rshowing difficulty of diffusion to catalyst layers 102a, 102b of reaction gas is calculated from gas reaction resistance R, etc. calculated by a resistance calculation part 533a, and second diffusion resistance Rshowing a diffusion property which changes depending on dry-up inside a fuel cell 1 is calculated from proton shift resistance Rcalculated by the resistance calculation part 533a. Then, the diffusion property which changes depending on the flooding inside the fuel cell 1 is quantized as first diffusion resistance Rand measured by removing the second diffusion resistance Rfrom the gas diffusion resistance R. |
